You can customize PhatSketch by changing various parameters using the Options dialog box. To display the Options dialog box, choose the Menu/Options command. The Options dialog box will appear.
1. Select where you want the Sketch Book file to be stored. This file contains all your sketches. If the specified file does not exist, a new empty Sketch Book will be created.
2. Change the speed of creating lines with a selection of seven speeds, from Slowest to Fastest.
3. Check the Enable acceleration box to exponentially increase the speed of the cursor or line drawing as you hold down an arrow key.
4. Check the Enable short keys box to be able to use Smartphone’s keypad or another keypad to create the lines, circles, arrows, and curves. (See the Keyboard shortcuts section.)
Notes: By default, the Sketch Book file is created in the same folder as the PhatSketch application. You may however, move this file to any other location, including the storage card.
It is recommended to periodically make a backup copy of the Sketch Book file, to avoid accidental loss of data. To make a backup copy, exit the PhatSketch application, browse to the folder that contains the Sketch Book file (PhatSketch.phs), and copy it to a safe location.
Background images are not stored in the Sketch Book to conserve storage space on your Smartphone. If you use any background images, it is recommended to back them up too.
